David Gomez is the Founder and CEO of Gomez Partners, headquartered in Oak Brook, Illinois.  Gomez Partners is known for its excellence across the areas of Executive Search. Mr. Gomez's knowledge in diversity consulting has constantly made him present in national and international trade publications such as Latino Leaders, Dinero Magazines, and the Wall Street Journal. He was recently highlighted as Who’s Who in Chicago’s Hispanic Business.

Under Mr. Gomez's leadership, Gomez Partners has entrenched tactical relationships with some of the largest companies in the United States, delivering critical talent to sustain their business success. 

Mr. Gomez have supported organizations across the Fortune 500 with hard-to-fill positions in Transit, Government, Non-Profit, Consumer Goods, and Healthcare institutions. Most recently he has been chosen as the leading Executive Search Consultant for the MTA of New York during their 50-billion-dollar transformation.

Mr. Gomez facilitated the formation of the New America Alliance (NAA), an organization of Latino business leaders, and co-founded the United Community Bank of Lisle, which, since its inauguration in 2002, had developed into a $400-million entity. He has been happily married for 46 years to his wife Caroline, and they have raised six children and been blessed with 22 grandchildren.
