44 Farms
44 Farms is the leading producer of premium steaks and the largest registered Angus operation in Texas making it the largest Black Angus ranch in the Lone Star State and the fourth largest in America. Today, their steaks are served in over 100 restaurants in Texas and 44 Farms genetics are sold into nearly every state and to many ranches around the world. Mr. Salazar has been instrumental in expanding the 44 Farms brand into the Dakotas, Montana and throughout Mexico, generating a significant increase in sales.
Additionally, 44 Farms currently provides beef products, under the brand McClaren Farms, to over 500 Walmart stores throughout the southeastern United States.
