WASHINGTON, DC - Marking President Biden signing the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act into law, U.S. Hispanic Business Council President and CEO Javier Palomarez released the following statement:
“In signing the bipartisan infrastructure bill into law, President Biden has made a prudent investment in our economy and delivered on his promise of a more prosperous future for all Americans. From a more efficient public transportation system to a reinforced power grid to an enhanced telecommunications network, these investments will set up our country to be resilient against the challenges that lie ahead. These physical infrastructure improvements will be a boon to Hispanic businesses that rely on our country’s infrastructure for its continued growth and will be vital for the small business community’s recovery and expansion. The President and the bipartisan cadre of lawmakers who supported this bill deserve our admiration and praise for delivering on this promise.”
